How long does delivery of the product take?           

Orders are shipped within 1-3 working days and delivered in 3-7 days. Customized or alteration orders may take an extra 5-7 days. 

Do you deliver everywhere in India?       

Yes, we ship across India using trusted courier partners.

What if I'm not available during delivery ?     

Courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the order is not received, the parcel may be held at the nearest hub. Customers need to arrange pickup or contact the courier partners.

What happens if my parcel is returned due to unavailability ?    

If the courier cannot deliver and the parcel is returned to us, customers will need to bear the reshipping charges. 

Can I change my delivery address after placing the order ?

Do you offer free shipping ?         

Yes, free shipping is available on orders above ₹1000. For other orders, charges range from ₹40-₹150 depending on your pincode. 

What is my parcel arrives damaged?           

Every product goes through a strict quality check before dispatch. In case of damage or tampering during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with proof, and we will assist you with return/ exchange as per policy.
