Return and Exchange Policy
How to Return?
- Email us at rightchoice3848@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Share your name + opening video of the product + order number.
- Wait for our approval before sending anything back.
Ship back the product :
- Ship the product back within 5days of approval.
- Product must be unused, in original condition, and with packaging.
- Return shipping cost is paid by the customer.
Get your refund
- Refunds are given as a coupon code only ( not cash).
- The coupon will be sent within 3 working days after we receive and check the product.
- Coupon is Valid for 1 year and can be used for future purchases.
When you cannot return
- If you don't inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product
- If the product is used, damaged or missing packaging
- if the return reaches us after 5 days from approval
- For Sale or Customized products( Fitting or alterations done according to your size given while ordering )
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing
- Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping - refund as coupon code or to your payment method ( minus 5% of payment gateway charges )
- Once shipped the order cannot be cancelled.
Refund Rules
- Refund is always given as a coupon code.
- Coupon is one-time use only and valid for 1 year.
- You can't combine the refund coupon with another discount code.
Deductions and Charges
- ₹150 charge for refusing repaid orders.
- ₹125 deducted if free shipping was applied earlier.
- COD token amounts are non-refundable (₹250 standard deduction for courier movement).
- Customer pays reshipping cost if wrong address/contact details are provided.
Important Notes: Photos may look slightly different from reality due to lighting / camera.
If the product has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, we'll replace or refund with a coupon.
